Vinyldj is a U.S. based reseller of used dance records. We went online in June 1999 to provide the DJ community with newer vinyl at discount prices as well as hard to find classics and older vinyl that the new stores don't carry. Here are some FAQ's to help you:

1. Who is vinyldj.com?
Vinyldj is run by Jason Douglas. He has been spinning since 1992. To find out more and hear online mixes, click here.

2. How "used" is the vinyl?
When we say used, we are referring to vinyl that is not bought from the retailer. Sometimes the records have never been played before or just a few times because djs sell their promo copies to the used stores. When we buy used vinyl, we check each one for the quality of the vinyl. If it looks like it has been abused, we won't buy it. A lot of times scratches won't even come out in the playing of the record, but we want to give you the best product for your money. While not all of the vinyl is in mint condition, none of the vinyl is in fair condition.

3. How do I choose the records I want?
Just check the boxes of the records you want, and click "BUY". Enter your shipping info. When you are done choosing the records, click the order button in the shopping cart, then select a payment option.

4. How can I pay?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal as payment. The site has a secured server certificate so third parties can not get your credit card number. If you need to send a money order, email us with the info.

5. How soon will I get my records?
Records are shipped within 1-4 business days. Priority mail takes 1-3 days after shipping. Media mail takes 3-14 days, usually depending on where you live. Orders to the east coast take longer with media mail. International orders are shipped by airmail and take normally 1-2 weeks.

6. What if I am having problems with any part of the site?
